The Great Outdoors Calendar Project
This is my third year making the Great Outdoors calendar, and this year had an unexpected start. I lost my father in February and took extended time away from photography to be with family and grieve.
I would like to finish the year strong. I’m heading to southwest Colorado to finish the season with some fall foliage images then planning a trip in search of bighorn sheep, another big night sky photograph, and a dramatic snowy mountain scene. My goal is to gather four of my best images yet to complete the 2027 calendar.
There are three ways to back this project. Each helps support the trips ahead and includes a calendar, with print credit available in the two higher tiers.

My third annual photography calendar brings together landscapes and wildlife from the Rocky Mountains. The landscape wall calendar, will have photographs selected to suit each month.
Eight images are currently chosen. This year, I’m heading back into the Rockies to create the final four images and I’m pushing to make them some of my best work yet. Every preorder helps support the journey and time it takes to bring these photographs home.
$25 is the lowest price of the year; the price will increase as the holidays get closer.
